Overview

Hu̽sâ àchyæqà was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1182, by Byocthel Shënkdsh Zleg̈. The establishment of Hu̽sâ àchyæqà was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Byocthel Shënkdsh Zleg̈ struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Hu̽sâ àchyæqà as a prison colony.

Hu̽sâ àchyæqà was built using the conventions of Wareneese durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hu̽sâ àchyæqà is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Hu̽sâ àchyæqà is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive baked earthen streets which form octogonal paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The town has a defencive wall made from large clay bricks. The wall is constructed to the exact specifications of millitary fortifications, but the nature of its clay brick construction leaves it vulnerable to even outdated siege equipment. That said, the town is well defended against anything short of an army. Astonishigly, the brittle defences are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

A look around Hu̽sâ àchyæqà makes it abundantly clear the town suffered something horrible some time ago. It's as if the town itself is depressed. Smiles are few, cheer is nowhere to be had. Everyone quietly goes about their daily business not looking anyone in the eye.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Hu̽sâ àchyæqà was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Hu̽sâ àchyæqà lost 158 people, 240 livestock, and 44 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 164, when members of Hu̽sâ àchyæqà's militia enacted an operation to bring aid to another fighting force. The operation was complicated by enemy spies who revealed the militia's plan. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Hu̽sâ àchyæqà's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Hu̽sâ àchyæqà's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
